It began as the interactive companion to the Taxonomy of Principal Distances & Divergences (original idea suggested by Frank Nielsen), and distances remain a first-class area. Look up a concept by name, alias, or property; browse by domain, kind, or object type; read its definition or formula, properties, and worked example; compare measures side by side; generate audited NumPy / PyTorch / JAX code; link the concepts in a PDF; and — optionally — ask questions using a free in-browser model or your own AI key.
